Praphansarn Publishing Co., Ltd. was founded in 1960 by Mr. Supol Techatada. Mr. Supol Techatada was the eldest son of Mr. Shoong Techatada who founded Padung-Suksa Publishing Co.,Ltd. since 1930. Since he was the eldest son, Mr. Supol inherited his fathers spirit of publishing books and founded another publishing company.

After the sons company was founded in 1960, Praphansarn publisher published many series of books and bigger volumes than Padung-Suksa company. Mr.Shoong appreciated that his son could run Praphansarn to become better-known than Padung-Suksa, so he gave up his publishing company to his sons company. After that, the name Praphansarn Publishing Company became very well-known up until now, under Mr. Supol Techatadas management. Mr. Shoong Techatada became Praphansarns adviser in 1965-1980 and died being known as a very smart character, in the beginning of March 1980, as an cxcellent Praphansarns adviser.

In the year 1976, Mr. Supol established a printing company named Perfect Print & Advertising. This printing company is still existing up until now. The companys serving Praphansarn Publishing Company as an in-house printing company. Mr. Supol became the President of this company and asked his son Mr. Arthorn Techatada to look after Praphansarn publisher. Mr. Arthorn Techatada took full responsibility as a managing director of Praphansarn Publishing Company since 1990. Within 5 years under his administration, the company has been publishing more than one hundred titles of bestseller books.

In 1993-1995, Mr. Arthorn opened three branches of Praphansarn bookstores, in order to study the demand of Thai readers in depthly. These Praphansarn bookstores are located in Pata Department Store,Seri Shoping Center, and Central Pinklao Plaza.

Praphansarn or Techatada Network Nowadays, there are 3 companies within Techatada's network, these are Padung-Suksa Publishing Company, Praphansarn Publishing Company, and Perfect Print & Advertising Company. This Techatada Network has been employing more than 200 employees.
